This is a distinctive looking clip with an almost semi circular head. The clip is used by Honda on a number of different cars to attach the windscreen cowl. This is the plastic cover also known as the scuttle panel cover which runs below the windscreen and normally covers the windscreen wiper motor and the heating intake.
