Your trade account is getting an upgrade
Do you need to do anything?
For most customers, you don't need to do anything. We'll migrate your account across automatically. However, there is one situation where you may need to take action:
If you've been sharing a login...
Because logins are now tied to individual email addresses rather than a shared password, anyone who was using a shared account may need to set up their own individual login. If not, they will need permanent access to the email inbox of that user in order to collect the log in codes. It's easy to add a new additional user to an existing account. You will be able to do this from the account area when the new system rolls out. Multiple users will have access to the same account.

How to sign in once you're upgraded
- Go to the account sign-in page as normal
- Enter your email address (the one associated with your trade account)
- We'll send a 6-digit code to that address
- Enter the code — you're in
There's nothing to install and no app required. The code takes seconds to arrive and is valid for a short window for security.
