Our Trade Accounts
We offer dedicated company accounts. These include trade discount, multi-user access, PO tracking, and downloadable VAT invoices, all managed through your own company portal.
Applying for a trade account
Apply online to access trade pricing, net payment terms (where agreed), and the full company portal. Applications take a couple of minutes.

Complete the trade account application
Visit our trade account page and fill in the short application form. We'll ask for your business name, type, VAT number, and the email for your account administrator.

We review and approve your application
We review all applications, usually within one working day. Once approved you'll receive a confirmation email with login instructions.

Log in and access your company portal
Your Ex-VAT trade pricing, payment terms, and order history are all visible from the start.
What's in your trade account
Everything is set up automatically once your account is approved.
Multi-user access
Add colleagues with their own logins. Admins control the account; standard contacts can place orders.
PO & job number tracking
Add your purchase order number or job reference at checkout — it appears on your order and invoice.
Multiple locations
Add additional branch or site addresses — managed by your account administrator. Assign users to specific branches.
Trade pricing
Your agreed trade prices apply automatically when you're logged in — no discount codes needed.
Payment terms
Where net terms have been agreed, you can select "Pay by Credit Account" at checkout. You will receive monthly statements.
Invoice download
Every order has a downloadable VAT invoice, including your PO number if you provided one.
Managing your team
Your account administrator can invite colleagues through the company portal. Here's what each role can do:

Adding a team member: Log in, go to Manage Company Contacts, and enter their name and email. They'll receive an invitation and can log in straight away.
